We want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Request a Return
Email contact@homenaro.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm the return details and next steps within 24 hours.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In the original packaging where possible
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Return Shipping
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or refund at no charge to you. For all other returns (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
